You don't have 10 hours a day to dedicate to cooking, yoga, and lighting incense. You're busy! You just want some help, some guidance, and finally someone to hold you accountable.
I get it. I was the exact same way five years ago when I decided to take my health seriously. Where to start? What way of eating is best? Should I do hours of cardio or weight lifting? It was all too much. Of course no one was guiding me along or keeping me accountable. It was lonely and hard. I don't want it to be that way for you. And here's the beautiful news, it doesn't have to be hard.

Every program includes video calls where we will review your goals, your habits, your diet, and a variety of other areas to craft a plan that fits seamlessly into your life! I am also here for continuous email support, guidance, and to be your biggest cheerleader. We fix the core of an issue by caring for your body from a holistic perspective: lifestyle habits, diet/nutrition, mindset, and exercise.
